Yamaha NMAX terpilih sebagai Bike of The Year 2016 pada acara Motor Plus Award 2016 yang diselenggarakan di JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta (07/04/2016). Dalam acara yang digelar di sela-sela event Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2016 tersebut, Yamaha NMAX juga memborong semua gelar di kelas Skubek 150cc.
Skubek 150cc yang pertama kali diluncurkan pada Februari tahun lalu ini sekaligus meraih predikat The Best Skubek.
